Do you provide a postal service?↓
Yes we do. Please contact us to arrange a collection with our trusted courier and to see how this will affect your turn-around times.
How do I send my first case?↓
Simply just give us a call on 01902 500 235 or drop us an email at info@pinnacleprosthetics.co.uk to setup a new account. Fill out our Lab prescription ticket which you can find in the downloads section and bag the job up ready for collection.
What are your turn-around times?↓
For most appliances 5 working days. However chrome dentures from bite stage to try-in, we require 10 working days. The same for flexible dentures from try-in to finish. Any acrylic additions and repairs will be 1 working day but relines require 3 working days. Postal turn arounds will slightly differ, for further information please don't hesistate to ask.
Where do I send any patient photos?↓
Any patient photos to help with a case can be emailed to images@pinnacleprosthetics.co.uk with the email subject being the patients job number not name due to GDPR principles.
How quickly can a denture repair be done?↓
For denture repairs provided on our collection service, you would recieve it back the following working day. If a patient is sent to us for a walk-in repair, it will be same day as long as we have two hours of working time. Complicated cases may take longer but this all depends on the extent of the damage which we can assess once seeing the denture.
Can you deliver?↓
Yes, our own dedicated vehicles cover approximately a 20 mile radius from our Lab. We provide a free of charge delivery and collection service, available Monday-Friday. Please contact us if you are wanting to be added to our routes.
Can an addition be made to a valplast denture?↓
Yes it can. The turn around for a valplast addition is 5 working days as the process requires the material to be re-injected.
